trivia question of the night
it would depend on what resolution you want the printout to be. like for example, my monitor is 17", but I can use 800x600 or 1024x768 etc. but my screen is always 17".
Same thing with print. the cd insert is always the same size, but you can printout stuff at 300dpi or 600dpi etc

Like this monitor I'm on now has a distance of .25MM between pixels. Most monitors are .27 or .28.
Over a distance and multiplied, that size will increase.
I can also have 800x600 on a 15" monitor... but I can also have 800x600 on a 21" monitor as well.
Maybe it's beyond what I know about resolution and what not... but if I have to take a stab at it... I'll say the question is unanswerable.
