It wasn't a stellar deal, but a price break none-the-less.

I have "a guy" that works at Sam Ash (national musical instrument retailer in US), after poking around the sku info, he found out that to stock the SL3, it runs $629. (retail $699)

He brought the price down to cost and gave me a deal on the Stanton Uberstand ($60, from $80).

After all was said and done, it's like I got the stand for free and their store made $13. :chuckles:

Today was awesome...just got back from the water park, it was a high chance a raining today and, it never happened

 

I loved it! I was hooked on after the first 15 min. I actually thought it was a little short but that only cause I liked it so much.
