just got out of work.

drinking a corona.

going to sign more house papers, for who knows what.

might go get some greek food tonight at greek fest.

 

not working today. actually supposed to be on bedrest. had an infection under my gums and had to have a tooth removed to get to it. now im hopped up on drugs. :loco:

 

Well. Fuck. My. Life.
Last night I started to look for a new full time job. Then on the drive home my car died and I had to have it towed.
I get a call this morning which woke me up saying my engine is shot.
I go downstairs and my parents inform me we're taking our dog to the vet to see why she is feeling so bad. She is 15 years old. They're going to say we should put her down.

So I have no dog, no car and a part time job that I need more money from. I feel like a country song today.

So, anyone know where to order engines from?

THey said there is a lot of damage. Too much to be cost effective.
Used engine and install is 2641.
I don't know what to do. Part of me says pay it another part says sell the shell and buy a newer car

Working a little harder than I intended to today h:

Fri: spaghetti and beer

Sat: going to an auction to pick up a sawzall, some air tools and maybe a welder. Taking a look at a cheap CL truck, taking a look at a cheap CL fridge. Helping a buddy move into his new place followed by beer.

Sun: Get the swamp cooler running, maybe hang out at the park or something

 

Subarus are leggos. Pretty much any engine from any subaru will fit. I'd check out the engine importers for something more performance oriented, or just call all the junkyards for a ej25 non-turbo. They put them in a shitload of cars, so it shouldn't be too hard to find one.

Just got home from working 11pm - 5pm. On top of that I've been awake for almost 27 hours. My house is hot and humid, it's hot and humid outside, my window A/C still hasn't arrived, and I'm on-call all weekend too so I can't drink nor go far from the immediate area. FML.
