PA is nice, but it depends upon where you live. Any ideas as to the area? I can give you a better assesment if you narrow it down a little bit.

Depends what area of PA you visit/move to. You can go from city life to farm life in the middle of nowhere in 30 mins.

In my neighborhood I can leave my windows down, keys in my ignition with a big neon sign saying steal me and no one would f with my car.
On the other hand, the weather fucking sucks and would rather move to a place where it's warm all year.
