wondering how many of you have moved on from a manual tranny and gone to something with two pedals. i have no idea what my next car will be, but finding manuals is getting harder and harder.

drove a stick for 1.5 years, then got the truck..

thoughts? being a truck, its less painful driving an automatic, but i definitely miss hopping into a zippy little 5 speed.
positives? none, there's nothing i can do in the automatic that i couldnt with a stick
any regrets? yes.

 

i like my manual, but it is nice to have an automatic in traffic.

 

I miss driving a manual, next car I'm going to get will be a manual. I didn't mind driving a manual in traffic either.

 

i have an automatic now. i don't care what so ever.

it's nice with traffic.

 

traffic reasoning is lame.

 

it's nice having one less thing to do while driving.

 

I drive a 1 ton diesel daily so I got an auto, I do wish I had a manual when I was towing but I deal with it.
