so i got a pork loin from the store too.
websites are saying 350ºF for like 45 minutes or until it reaches temperature. should i sear it first? :thinking: it is marinated, so it'll be a mess, but i think it's the way to go. |
i cut the loin in half, seared each side and finished them at 350.

oven or crock pot straight up made some senoran hot dogs last night for dinner . . . hot dog wrapped in bacon then cooked in butter on a griddle . . . fresh onions, salsa, pinto beans, jalepeno sauce, mustard, ketchup, mayo mmmmmmm fresh buffalo burgers for lunch today. |
