i have to imagine someone was helping put the ideas in his head ... i mean srsly if not that kids a freaking Einstein to be able to understand those concepts in sixth grade that well

seems like the drag created by the windmill would use as much, if not more, energy (in the form of gas) as it would put into the battery.

It could probably be detached...kind of like we plug our phone chargers into the wall, you could probably attach the windmill solar charger to your car, and take it off when you want to use it.
