OK whats for grub tonight?

I am in the process of rubbing a pork loin and adding a layer of bacon which will be tossed on the smoker in about an hour from now. Rice pilaf (box type h: ) and corn are the chaser dishes.

Pics will follow once it is cooked.

 

You can rub my pork loin and layer your bacon on me anytime.



I am kinda craving sushi.

 

going over to a friends for some tacos and beer.

 

Probably a stir-fry, with chicken, red pepper, lotsa broccoli, and some corn over rice, with a sriracha, soy-sauce, chicken stock, and toasted sesame-oil based sauce. I've only recently discovered the awesomeness that is a stir-fry as a way to use up leftover veggies & meat.

 

I will rub your sushi roll if you bring it by.
