Default This makes my stomach feel delicious
Needed to do something with leftovers/extra ingredients from Saturday.

I had some leftover flank steak we had grilled, and a bit of extra onion, tomato & jalapeno.

Add a little bit of eggs, cheddar & an English muffin, and now it's breakfast. For dinner.

Presentation? I just plopped it from the skillet over to the plate. :dunno:

Taking the picture with a proper camera & lens probably just made it look better. h:

I remember you posting pics of your meals with smears of sauce on the plate and not really giving a shit about how it looked before taking a picture. Now it seems that you've gotten better. That's all h:
