What do you do for a Sore Throat

I'm sucking down cough drops like their's no tomorrow, I've also taken some Tylenol Flu, but that was a few hours ago. Any other suggestions? I need some good old fashion home remedies, I don't want to go to the doc.

Gargle with Salt water,
Or Gargle with Peroxide/water Mix

Yup, all of the above. I also like Jolly Ranchers or any kind of hard candy to coat your throat. You can also try Nyquil to coat your throat.

no really the water peroxide mix helps. thats what i used when i got my wisdom teeth out. I got a dry socket too. really sucked :wtc: anybody else get one
