thanks...i figured out what it was. it was the popup add killer that i use. i had to disable it. weird

 

weird... I have a popup and ad killer and seems to work ok

 

ya, the one i have has so many different options on it. like to enable the killer itself, it has to be set up as a proxy server. the options range from not allowing a 2nd web browser to pop up, to not allowing javascript on pages, to not showing any advertising banners. it's pretty nuts. so i'll just disable it for now, hehe

 

i just tell opera to only allow requested popups and takes care of me
