Never heard of it... But I know where it is. It's not far from all the celebrations but not drunken walking distance and more French. You'll probably have to cab it back at night which is a botch because the whole city is gridlocked during the GP. Might want to take a closer hotel so that if you find a chick it would be easier

it does look like a nice hotel and it's in a cool area lots of bars and shit around... Also lots of beggars there.
