Default Help with MSN Dial up

Quick question..... my aunt has Dial up MSN.... and yesterday i hooked up my Cable connection to it, to download some stuff... and now that i have the cable disconnected, and she wants to use Dial up MSN again... MSN thinks its still a Constant connection, so it doesnt dial.... What do i do to fix this? Im not there with the computer anymore, so im going to need to go step by step with her on the phone.... so can someone please help me???

Hmm. The only reason I could conceivably see it not working is that MSN is set up as it being on a LAN, not for dial-up. Try switching it back, if you haven't already tried.

thats what i think too... but when i go into MSN connection settings.... it comes up as a blank page for some reason... so i cant change anything....

For now, i had her create a new connection manually, dial the MSN number, with her login info, then open MSN explorer... since its already connected.... so she can read her e-mail......

Did you try changing it through the Internet Properties in the Control Panel?
