why it seems cops have nothing better to do...
my uncles a cop.. and i was talking to him about hearing that cops have a quota to meet each month on giving tickets and what not and you should rly watch out the last day of the month.. he said thats not true.. its just that if the state isnt getting tickets in from a certain cop then it shows he's not doing his job.. so cops tend to pull people over for lame things (of course illegal, yet not death defying) cause they have been lazy that month and need to get some tickets in.. kind of like a business... so they can keep their job :rofl:

Well yea, the the non-crime fighting Police (:::COUGH::: STATE TROOPERS) basically serve a purpose of only creating revenue by ticketing and harassing the people they "serve."

out of all my illegal activities the only thing they ever bust me on is "failing to make a complete stop" or "going 8 mph over" i swear most of the time they're probably sitting around :jerkit:
