Grilled chicken ceaser salad

 

i had some spaghetti with sauce with green and red peppers.

at work i had an apple.

i now just ate an italian sausage with green and peppers and onions on it.

along with a dead guy ale.

 

For lunch today I had a quinoa salad containing sweetcorn, peppers, black beans, tomato and cucumber with lemon juice, chive and coriander dressing.
Then I had a cereal bar and a wholemeal hot cross bun! :-
