Finally!

So after over a year of searching we finally got an accepted offer! 1259SqFt 4 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage, re-done kitchen w/ granite counter tops. We picked it up for a steal at 179,500. Damn near impossible to find a home 10 minutes from the beach for that price.
