besides the swapped subie, how many miles did ur other cars have?? the evo wasnt that old. the 240 was within the family so u knew everything about it already. the dc4 was ur friends so u knew about that too. the g35 is the only one i can think of that u bought from an unknown owner and that doesnt have 100k miles.

 

u're right. i've always known the histories of the cars i've bought, except for the first teg and the g35. they have/had extended certified pre owned warranties.

That price seems about right if it's unmodded and in great condition despite the miles. The RSX-S's have held their value really well. Even my 05 RSX-S w/ 43k miles and $9200 worth of hail damage sold for $12k (I was asking $13.5k).

But even though that price may be "right," I loved the cars, and they're pretty bulletproof, I'd have a hard time dropping $12k + tax/fees on a vehicle with almost 100k miles.
