Default DIY sprinkler system

Looks pretty cool. I'm thinking about rigging up one of these this spring.

did you read the comments about backflow? Apparently you should plan ahead of time for it.

my yard is nearly 100% level, so I'm not too worried about it, but a vacuum breaker is like $6.

I am designing a system for my yard currently I already tested water pressure from my well and I am good to go.

But before I put in that system, I am building a shed to house the electronics for the sprinkler and landscape light systems...as well as having it house my well pump and lawn mower.

Also funny how like 80% of the comments were people like, "cool, I did this for $500, works great!" and every once in a while was a professional sprinkler guy calling everyone idiots. :chuckles:
