I usually read SCC, but I grab other ones occasionally to see if they're any good. I'm constantly amazed at how many frggin "rice mags" are out now.

SCC is the best, but I really don't like any of them. Super Street blows :barf:

Sport Compact Car has great in-depth articles, in which I love. The writing is very professional and they are unbiased when it comes to the whole import/domestic debate.

Turbo Magazine is also another great magazine, but not the same calibre as Sport Compact Car.

Super Street is pure shit. The writers are sucking all of the JDM cock possible, and it is irritating. I cannot read an issue without reading articles that tell how great Tein or Endless is.

Import Tuner is damn near a "gentleman's" magazine. Their articles are also like Super Street's, but not as bad. It I wanted a "gentleman's" magazine, I would buy an issue of Maxim, Stuff, or FHM.

The others I have not read, so I cannot say.

i like scc and superstreet, but scc is boring sometimes....superstreet is less technical, but the magazines are for entertainment, so who cares.....i like pretty pictures

I agree that Super Street is less technical (provided that you even consider them technical to begin with, in which I do not) but the writing is horrid. Their editorial style is like a 14 year old girl.

Example:

Super Street: Oh, my fuckin' god this part is soooooooooooooooooo beautiful!

Sport Compact Car: This <insert aftermarket part there> is gorgeous to look at.

I am trying to say that Super Street is a bit childish in a sense.
