Plumbing question. Raining hard and drain backup
It's raining hard all day, streets flooded etc... and the drain on the basement is backing up on and off.
What are my options?

You should go to the main library in the city and burn books to stay warm. If you need medicine, you can find some on the russian freightliners that get dry docked in the streets when the oceans overflow.

im in jersey city and all the basements in the neighborhood flooded too. we have really poor drainage around here and everything backs up every time it rains hard. more so in recent years after new developments were built up a few blocks away.
