Invited me to hang out with them at the bars tonight. If I go, one of her friends is likely sleeping with me tonight. I say this is a win-win.

Ehhhhhhhhhhh with it being the roommate's friend the potential for awkwardness overrides the potential for pussy unless the friend is particularly hot or your roommate is trying to set you up with said friend.
