So you either are clean shaven or have a full beard....so what happens during the in between time if you are on your way to growing one? Seems like a trap

And it discriminates against Asians who want facial hair

it's basically that they don't want just a chin strap. You can have a goatee also. I just can't grow the mustache part...I can get everything else.

Many thanks. I also had someone contact who is the head of that department. I am friends with her sister. Lets see how it goes. They said I would hear from them today, Monday or Tuesday. :x:
