Why is it always during the middle of the day? Why not when there is no traffic on the board?

I realize it hasn't happened yet, but just curious.

At work yes. I always troll while I'm at work, usually don't post though.

I use my personal laptop linked with my phone as a modem to surf HAN and listen to Beck and Limbaugh.
