Forgot I made this thread

Put toothpaste on brush, flicked wrist while screwing on cap to tube of toothpaste, tooth paste flings off. Repeat

My toothpaste tube has a user friendly hinge that snaps in place. No twisting necessary. You should look into it, might be a worthwhile investment for you.

i always like to research new products before trying them out. have you read reports on customer satisfaction, safety reports or weighed in the cost / value benefits?
