paypal is nice for a few dollars here and there attached to your credit card. its not for big trans, its not for your bank account. i have to since im operating as a business on there but... think twice. paypal operates as if they are a bank, refusing to follow the laws of a bank.

sending money through payapl is absolutely free.

the 3% fee is charged on business acccounts when receiving payments.

yes, and when amounts get as big as to what hes tlaking you often have to be a verified business, in which case it costs a fee.

if i had the money, i could send a million dollars through paypal and not pay a penny in fees.
