Snipe or put bombs on the car. Snipe is easiest, to bomb you must come up a manhole underneath one car and then drug the driver, take his clothes, walk up to other car, place bomb (you'll be in the middle of everone), then walk back sewer you came out of. Driver is off peeing around a building in a corner.

i have finished this mission already, the second try was definitely easier than the first. i sniped out 5 guys first then used ballers to kill the rest. this is definitely the easiest mission so far
