a m&p9c and a snub nose 38 are two totally different beasts
i'm accurate out to about 20-30 yards with a 9c on standard sights, pick up my snub and im shit after about 15 feet
exactly, thats why i carry the m&p. I wasn't dissing one or the other, in fact i almost got a .357 sp101 and it's a damn fine gun, but, it's more of a nightstand piece.

Agreed. Night stand and in the car is where it will see most of it's time.
I've not fired .357 magnums from it yet. Only .38 special. :nervous:
I'm thinking about picking up a hammerless version of the SP101 for CCW. While I love my Glock 27, it's just too blocky for pocket carry, and with my clothing style I find that's really the only type of carry that works for me.

.357 kicks like a mule, sucks. Loud as hell too. Good thing you'll probably only ever need to shoot the distance to your bedroom door with it.

revolvers are good pocket guns, but besides that, i dont care for them. I had a Steyr MA1 for a while, but it was too big to carry, so i switched to the M&Pc with an Infidel holster and it's like not wearing anything.

I was aiming to get the hammerless version, but they were seemingly hard to find and when I did... expensive.
My next gun, I hope, is going to be a Glock 27. I've played around with one and I think it would be near perfect for what I want. Maybe when I come out to Colorado in May you can sell it.
