2 months after getting engaged I was deployed for 13 months, came back state-side for 3 months and then got re-deployed for another 8. After getting out of the military, we didnt have enough money/time. finally we just said 'fuck it, it doesnt have to be a expensive wedding' and are just doin a small ceremony.
