update 3/25

I found another dealer willing to order a 6MT coupe without the "required" premium package.

i could care less for dual climate control, homelink, auto dimming mirror, auto on/off headlights, or the crappy Bose system.

so anyway....i cancelled my order with Peninsula Infiniti in Redwood City during lunch today, and should my receive my $1000 check back soon.

now i have a 6MT with just the sunroof and aero package ordered from Riverside Infiniti. This one will take a bit longer to arrive, with the ETA being late June. I don't mind, because im saving $1200 ($2200 premium package - $1000 sunroof) and i'll get a 2003.5 model, with minor interior changes.

The plan is get a one way flight from Southwest when the car arrives, and the salesperson told me he'll pick me up from the airport. While I'm down there, i could meet some socal fools for lunch or something Then I'll have a nice 400 mile drive home to help get her broken in

this will be the longest 3 months of my life :happysad:
