Man, I never laughed so hard as at that one - even the commentator couldn't control her laughter. 4 strides in and she just fell over and missed the gate.

when you said slalom gate i figured bah, what a puss, i have straddled gates in slalom plenty of times
super g, yeah, thats different, hes lucky the flag pulled cleanly and he didnt get tangled up and tossed


chick who fell is just the one who had an edge wash out while skating to the first gate right?
that happens quite a bit, just over aggressive start and too much adrenaline

we used to have kids get their pole baskets stuck in the start gate when dropping in, wrench back their arms and fall over just after leaving the start gate, that shit was hilarious
