Default 2010 Mazda3 Hatchback v. opions

I am gonna go test drive one on monday. I think the sedan looks bunk, but the hatch looks pretty good. My old roommates has one and loves it. Thoughts?

I'm not a big fan of the way it looks. Never tried one though.

Don't like the front end or the dashboard. They drive pretty decent.

I thought your WRX was fine?

my buddy just bought an 05. I was gonna buy a Mazdaspeed3, but the salesman never called me back-twice. So I went to Utah and bought an Evo.

Dropped with a lip might help it look a little less Finding Nemo

you know mits is probably doing a lease deal on Evo's for less than $400 a month, like $359 i think :dunno:

I think the Evo would be a better choice.

upon further inspection my legacy is not fine. I talked to an e-buddy on my legacy forum and he told me to run a compression test as he has seen a bunch of the leak downs pass. Something about the piston being static. Well I have a slight but relevant decrease in compression on hole 2, so now it looks like it's got more problems than I thought or care to deal with. The Mazda dealer is willing to give me an acceptable trade in on my legacy as well I can sneak it past them for the trade in since it doesn't outwardly shout the motor is about to fuck itself in the face.

not interested in leasing. I put too many miles a year on a car and don't like paying into something I don't get money out of.

Oh, with all the Subaru talk I didn't realize you have a Legacy. So you looking to get something new with a warranty instead of another used turbo car?

yes. I have decided after my string of used cars that it is time for me to buy new with a warranty. I am transfering to the University of Michigan next semester and will be commuting about an hour each way 3-4 days a week. I don't want to deal with shit. I want to turn the key and drive..if it breaks, the dealer fixes it. I don't really want to lease anything since I put quite a few miles on my car generally and I want to have this as trade in value later down the road.
