Ugh, just got home from the first day of working night shift after working "normal" hours for 3 months. I hate the hours, but like the absence of leadership bothering me all day.
Was running on the treadmill in the gym after work this morning and apparently my knees don't like running 10.5 mph for 7 minutes as they are now in a good deal of pain. I can't wait to get to sleep.
