Actually, I read this forum for like a year before I joined. Specifically, the DIY section was very helpful when I was rebuilding my EJ6.
I decided to join in June of 09 because June was the first time I actually knew enough about Honda's to contribute...

They've definitely had their fair share of recalls over the years. I remember a particular seatbelt malfunction on 4th gen civics. A lot of v6 automatics were crap and had to be replaced either under warranty or outside warranty, although I don't think there was an actual recall for that. Older models had poorly rust-treated exhausts and for several years, honda dealers had to replace mufflers for free outside of warranty.
