If I was in that position I would have it fingerprinted to prove that my ex did the damage and then file suit for the cost of the repairs. No need to ask for "emotional stress" punitive damages, that just makes you look like an asshole to the jury.

 

That is one of the saddest things I've ever seen in my life.
A fine, fine piece of engineering like the NSX does not deserve that. Proves there is no God to protect....well, maybe not, but that's still awful.
