yes.

it's her sister's dog. it's a six year old datsun and it bit her sister's five year old son twice. after the first time, the sister was going to put it down right away... we said, this has never happened before, he was probably pulling on the dog and right in it's face or something, give it another chance.

(the dog had not been living with them for a couple years, because of a divorce, they just recently got the dog back)

so the dog bit the kid again... the kid said he was "in the dog's face", which explains it, he must have been doing something, no one witnessed it.

so we said we'll take the dog to spare it's life and prevent it from going to the pound.

it's a really nice dog, loves people, loves being right up on people too. constantly puts it's face in my face, not a chance of biting.
