Out of all the Android-powered devices on the market today, this device is the only one that has any issues of that level of severity. Google should have chosen a more reputable electronics company to build their flagship device.
Doesn't HTC make the NexusOne? They already have several reputable products on the market...

you are a fucking idiot, HTC builds some of the best phones on the market. They already have several Android based phones, and built the G1 way back when. I would say HTC and Google have a very healthy relationship. Now stop being a retard.

Yeah they make the nexus one. All I can say is that they trained us on the phone for tech support, but the phone has flopped bigtime. I have had maybe a total of 15-20 calls since it launched. most of them being that the phones screen has alot of "dead spots" or cant connect to 3G or that yahoo email isnt compatable with Android operating systems, and people are returning them. IMO, I wouldnt get the phone. not for a while at least

HTC is one of the best brand out there. I wish I could have the power of the nexus on my HTC Hero. T-Mobile hardly has any 3G coverage anywhere in the country and they have the worst network out of the top 3. I had T-Mobile because of their customer service and cheap plan but not at all because of their network.
I would like to see palm WebOs on this device.

I was referring to the 3G/Edge problem. The "Dozens" of people with touchscreen problems are probably fat and pushing more than one button or just not use to a touch screen phone.
