Those teams dont want to play Boise State because there is absolutely no benefit in doing so. If you win, you were supposed to win so nobody cares. If you lose, you just lost to a WAC team.

As far as the MWC kicking the Pac-10's ass, you're looking at the top 2/3 teams: BYU, TCU, and Utah. Other than that, they've got nothing.

All that aside, I feel like the mountain west has more credit than the WAC.
