as long as you keep an orange bulb and have the reflector it is 100% legal.

pic of my 90 4dr Integra cleared out.

this car is the easiest because all there is are pink lines you have to bleach out with engine degreaser :hsugh:

this DIY is for a 92-93 Integra that have that orange piece in the taillights

as long as the signal bulb is amber or red you will be ok. clear bulbs would depend on your state, but i would recommend against using clear bulbs for the signal.
