The fuck if I am doing the drive of death though, I will fly into La Paz and let someone else drive that section.
I do think the high desert section would be really cool, though I doubt I would tackle the volcano road. That part would be a bit on the scary side of things due to the possibility of aneurism

I know I have when hiking for snowboarding and it's not a height your body quickly adjusts to especially when you normally live at sea level as they do.
