I have wanted a pair for some time now and not that I get them at discount I may now pick up a pair. MANY people say that it is like walking barefoot with protection, and arch support.

I don't think I have heard much bad about them at all. Our local REI has a hard time keeping them in stock.

 

my meathead friends use these for squats and deadlifts, i might give them a shot.
