True, but they are distinctively different. C&D's from larger companies to smaller companies are merely to try and scare them away...I think DC could easily win this fight.

 

I always thought it was funny that DC had gotten away with using a blatant rip of Chanels logo but assumed they had an agreement on it in some way.

At least they are being up front and not dragging it on. It's been almost 15 years anyways so a logo change is about due.
