I have decided that i will no longer smoke.

I have dont it before, it's hard... but that's how it is.

I've taken everything that can cause harm and put it under supervision.

I quit cold turkey about 3 years ago now.
I had been smoking for the better part of 20 years + and had quit too many times to count, but something just clicked one day and I haven't looked back. Every once in a while I get a craving, but it's easy to ignore anymore.

 

You're light headed and irritable, right about now... Or you smoked a cig.

 

I'm kinda planning on doing that sometime soon, although I smoke less than a 1/2 pack per day. And, I roll all my cigs, so it's much more affordable. Spend about ~$10 a week or less.
