your age?



Everyone always has a slight look of shock when I tell them I'm 30. :hs:

I find it a good and bad thing. :chuckles:

 

How does a 27 year old act like?

 

I don't remember. That was three years ago. And I was spending most of my time chasing a certain girl.

 

I feel like i'm 23 most of the time

 

i still get mistaken for a 19-20y/o most times. i think i act like a mature individual. except when im on here.

 

act? i dont know. look? definitely not...at least from what all other people tell me.

 

I decided a few years back that everyone who was my age now when I was younger and looking at them as examples were damned liars. They were faking responsibility and maturity the same as we are now.

Do I look 38? No not really I tend to get guessed younger.
Do I act 38? I don't know really. I mean I have a lot of fun and goof around quite a bit but I also handle my business when the situation calls for it. I am a parent to my children but we also have fun together but they also know the difference between me joking around and being "dad" which helps us keep open communication, I am also completely honest with them so if they ask a question they get the answer with no bullshit.

I suppose that's what an adult should do and be, so that's what I do

 

I just turned 28 and most people assume I'm early 30s. Since I graduated college, people have typically assumed I'm 3-5 years older than I am. I act professional, have a good job, and a beard, so I think that helps.

 

Everyone I've encountered that doesn't know me from "way back" thinks I'm older than 27.

 

People are surprised when I say Im 21
