I still firmly stand behind the super shitty build quality of the TL.
h:mechanically the thing will run forever, but the interior quality is less than to be desired in my experience. That and I basically had to tear the entire interior out of every damn TL that came in to put 3402 pounds of felt/foam to get rid of squeaks/rattles/etc.

My 08 accord v6 is making a bunch of funny noises and rattles right now

The interior fit and finish is better than the TL, but still not up to snuff with BMW/Lexus.
But at least the Acura's buttons are better looking than the toyota/lexus buttons.
