i'm driving to rochester today to get some dinosaur bbq. possibly meeting up with an old college roommate and maybe red_x?

with the new healthcare plan i have, i have to select a pcp (primary care practitioner) and i don't know if i have to like call up a doctor's office and ask them first, then sign up, or if i can just pick one.

 

In! got a store meeting tonight that's about it. It's the Giants bye week so i'm just gonna chill all day

 

chillen, gonna clean up the truck a bit today and post pics. got it last night.. got my head unit in and other things, but need a new kit cause i broke a tab on the bracket and now it sits a little off :/

I've had this cough for 4 weeks wtf and for the past week I havn't been able to taste anything.

in. freakin sore from working out on Friday... i'm pathetic. I pushed myself like I used to when I worked out 4-5 times a week and I'm paying for it now.. glad HAN is working though

Good morning fellas! Made some coffee and eggs this am. Put on my chargers jersey and went to target. Going to the market for some essentials and watching the game at one. Skies are blue and the weather is perfect.

 

Going to see Ian Anderson from Jethro Tull tonight with a couple girls. One is dating my best friend, the other, I'm hoping to get a chance at. I'm excited.
