woke up at 11:30, made some breakfast. Did some cleaning.

Gonna get drunk tonight watch the game and hit the bong. Some friends are coming over.

 

i'm going to this "crayon" party where everyone is assigned a color to wear.

just bought a queen sized air mattress to sleep on tonight h:

 

About to finish cooking some chicken penne pasta, then head to base to get beer and pickup my friend, then cruise over to another friend's place to watch the game. peace out.

 

helped my dad clean out all the small shirts from his closet. going to take them to savers. taking dad for a ride and he said he would buy me dinner. so i am going to go do that.

 

In! got home around 5 this morning. Just woke up got another party tonight may skip it.

 

omfg I totally forgot about the Ottawa Wine and Food Show. Fuck. Now I'm probably gonna miss it because I've got plans.

it's starts hesitation and bogging down.

Fuggin amateur handymen neighbors upstairs [its a duplex] seem to only care to fix their shitty pad when it's dark out, for the past few days. They don't speak enough english for me to hold any conversation with them so I couldn't ask them what they're trying to fix, or destroy, up there. All I know is it's fuggin loud. Of course, they had enough consideration to shut off the water and work on the plumbing during daylight, but didn't warn me ahead of time, so I had to finish shaving and brushing my teeth with bottled water. I'm glad I took a quick shower this morning, otherwise I would have really been in trouble. I can't wait to get out of this shithole.

Speaking of getting out of this shithole, I'm in the process of buying a multi-family property and that shit's a pain in teh ass. It's an estate sale so the dead dude's trust fund baby niece is being a total bitch about sending me copies of the lease agreements of the current tenants. I told her that I need because my lender's asking for them, but she doesn't want to give me any of that until closing. I ended up having to get the lease agreements from the tenants, which I would rather not do because I don't want to come off as an asshat to my future tenants but whatever.

Speaking of my lender, yesterday he said "oh, by the way, since it's a four unit building, you need four-months of reserve in your account, plus your down payment and closing costs and stuff." Yea, thanks for telling me that so soon, dude. So black friday plans of a nice tv/sound system/computer are over h:
