Kinda tired from a super long day yesterday. Hitting the gym after a nap after work. Going to try for 280lbs on flat bench tonight. Me thinks I can hit it.

 

Morning all! Just left the Saab dealer...had them do the free oil change this morning. They also gave me a list of 1300 worth of stuff they want to do to the car. I'll take it to the garage I've been using for the last 20 years and see what it will cost. The outer shell of my rear muffler is rusted but the muffler isn't affected they want to replace the whole thing for over $500. Not happening, I'll get the whole system replaced from the cat back for less than 500.

Been a low key week recovering from my friend's wedding. May join a gym today and get back into regular work outs.

Man, I was so pissed. I wasn't invited w/ a date so after appraising the bridesmaid situation, I invited a friend who lived close by to the bar for drinks after the rehersal dinner. All was going well, we go back to my room and she becomes an insta-prude. Considering one of the bridesmaids is recently dumped (found out after) so pissed I missed THAT opportunity.

 

I had a bridesmaid run-in earlier this year h: She wasn't the prettiest one of the bunch, but still a bridesmaid

 

In, my best friend who I haven't seen in forever is coming for the weekend. Should be good times. Got work off. He's coming in tonight, gonna grab some sushi and hit the town.
