What does it do?

You choose a phone number and itll forward calls from your google number to up to 4 phones i think. it can also receive text messages and forward them to your phone. its pretty instantaneous. you can also place calls from your phone through google voice by calling your gvoice number and selecting 'make a call'. very handy for a business or for handing out a phone number without giving out your real cell phone.
