Nope. Have been a customer of theirs for close to 10 years. I have had no major issues and any other issue was resolved. I have even had $200 worth of over minute charges removed before.

dawt. My brother has t-mobile and it sucks for coverage, my wife has AT&T and well...her facebook status explains her lack of love for them.
If T-Mobile didn't suck so much their $50 unlimited plan is the tits...Verizon never does anything like that because there is no need to...their customers prefer service over gimmicks. It's like the Dodge cars that are able to stow cold drinks...wooopppieeee....not
