Walmart had these on a test promotion like 5 months ago.
They are actually pretty cool. My daughter has 4 of them and a lil cage with a car and shit.
Battery life is terrible though.

when i worked at toys r us, i used to buy all the new tickle me elmos and sell them on ebay for a decent profit.

Another imitation pet for people unable to take on the responsibility of a real pet...although, not having to clean up after it is a bonus.
